If you see "Your network is blocking the voice service", nothing is wrong with your account or your work. The page could not reach the service that carries the conversation audio, which usually means a school or office filter blocks it.

  1. 1

Try again on a different network: a phone hotspot, or home Wi-Fi. The conversation works the same anywhere.

  2. 2

If the school network is your only option, send this page to your teacher or IT. Once the service is allowed, come back and press Begin again. Your submission is unchanged.

For IT: what to allow

Over TCP 443: *.daily.co, *.dailywebrtc.com, *.dailywebrtc.net and prod-ks.pluot.blue (the page loads its call software from c.daily.co). For the audio itself: stun.cloudflare.com and turn.cloudflare.com on UDP and TCP 3478, TCP 5349 and TCP 443; *.stun.twilio.com and *.turn.twilio.com; and UDP 23000 to 26999 and 40000 to 49999 to *.wss.daily.co. Daily publishes its current server addresses at ip-info.daily.co.

Instructors get the rest: the walkthroughs, the screenshots, and Ask Viva, which finds the right page from a typed question.
